The importance of e-governance and innovation practices in public administration is immense in building smart Bangladesh and integrating good governance through increasing the skills of government employees. In e-governance and innovation practices, service facilitation and use of information and communication technologies are significant. Adoption/implementation of annual e-governance and innovation work plan is very important to facilitate the service delivery process of the departments and bring about qualitative changes in the internal work processes. The objective of e-Governance and Innovation Work plan is to streamline, systematize and institutionalize activities related to innovation, service facilitation and use of information and communication technology in government departments and create accountability for this purpose. From 2023-24 fiscal years, this software is being used in the Ministry/Department, Department/Organization and field level offices for taking innovation work plans, reviewing/evaluating implementation progress.
