With the aim of establishing good governance in state and non-state institutions and building an anti-corruption culture, the National Integrity Strategy was formulated in 2012 to build “Golden Bangla”. 10 state institutions and 6 non-state institutions have been selected in this strategy paper for practicing purity. Sanctity action plans are formulated by the Cabinet Division for ministries/divisions, offices/organizations, and field offices under the Executive Department and Public Administration. The Integrated APA program is being implemented from FY 2021-22. There are 5 action plans related to good governance under this. These are national integrity strategy, citizen charter, grievance redressal system, right to information and innovation action plan. A “Good Governance Activity Management System” has been prepared to facilitate the process of submission of these action plans easily and within the stipulated time and the submission of evidence related to the implementation of the action plans.
